Himalayan Cedar
Zone 6-9
10´ @ 10 years
4"-6" /year
Upright, pendulous
This irregular, weeping variety is covered with ice-blue foliage that cascades downward, the branches that grow outwardly from the trunk, flowing as gravity takes them. According to the person who named the plant, the silhouette of the plant reminded him of the shoulders of an angel, with the wings flowing gracefully downward. This variety would be an exceptional addition to the mid-sized or larger sized garden area, as it can reach a height of 10´ or more in 10 years.
