´Compacta´ is a much slower growing Hinoki Cypress than eitherAurescens´ or ´Well´s Special´, obtaining a height of only about 6´ after 10 years. ´Compacta´ has the fan shaped, scaled foliage typical of the Hinokis. This variety´s dark green color is displayed on branches that are layered, but dense, giving it a dense, yet artistic look. It´s compact size and dark green color make it a perfect choice for absolutely any size garden area.
